Desire : what do you want. You must define what you want and create a burning desire to obtain it. Desire is fuel that will drive you to accomplish your goal.
Enthusiasm : you have got to be enthused when you get out of your bed in the morning you must be excited about the day before you. Whether you are showing a property or on a listing appointment you must convey enthusiasm. YOU MUST BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU ARE DOING. A person is persuaded more by the depth of your conviction than the height of your logic.
Persistence : in my Realtor days I beat 90 % of the competition with persistence. How do I know? I asked. I always asked the fsbo’s and expireds why they listed with me, 9 times out 10 the answer was you were persistent. I can tell you from the mortgage side of the table the most successful realtors I see are extremely persistent. If a customer tells you to go to hell, look at them like you are looking foreword to the trip.
